What a fun treat jar!!! This gorgeous hand-painted and hand-crafted jar features two poodles sitting on a pink sofa. There are four different scenes painted around the jar. In one, the gentleman poodle is holding madame poodle's purse; in the second, the gentleman poodle is offering madame poodle a rose; in the third scene, the gentleman poodle is offering madame poodle a shoe. In the first three scenes madame poodle is coyly playing hard to get, but in the last scene both poodles are holding paws and gazing into each other's eyes with hearts painted all around, definitely 'poodles in love'!!!
A very pretty white ceramic jar, with a raised scroll design all along the sides, accented with yellow, while the scrollwork on the bottom of the jar is accented in blue and the lid scrollwork is accented in pink. The handle on the lid is a white bone. The four scenes on the jar repeat on the lid in a smaller version. Too cute - everyone will want to know where you got it!! Definitely one of a kind.
